Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AV design leader to drive strategic planning, design capture, and implementation of audio and video services for EY office projects. You will collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities, IT, and project teams to ensure room layouts, power, and data meet business needs, while driving cost efficiency and global design consistency.

You will guide the design, manage RFP processes, and maintain industry expertise in architectural standards and end-to-end AV solutions.

Qualifications

• College degree in related technology field.
• 8–10 years of experience in a Consulting or Product/Project Management role.
• CTS-I, CTS-D certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BRM on key initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Attend steercos with executives and decision makers to drive AV strategy.
• Develop trusted advisor status and ensure technologies meet business expectations.
• Drive the AV experience design and the end-to-end conference room solution.
• Manage the RFP process for office projects and monitor vendor activities.
