Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AV design professional to lead the strategic planning, design capture and implementation of conference room AV solutions on US office projects. You will coordinate with Real Estate, IT PMO, facilities, and vendors to ensure an end-to-end conference room experience that aligns with business needs.

The role requires 8–10 years in consulting or project management, a college degree in technology, CTS-I/CTS-D preferred, and a track record in AV standards, CAD, and room

Qualifications

• College degree in related technology field; consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with AV industry standards and trends; CAD skills
• Strong English communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BRM on initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Attend steercos with executives and decision makers.
• Develop trusted advisor status and ensure technologies meet expectations.
• Drive AV experience design and the end-to-end conference room solution.
• Manage RFPs for office projects and align with budget targets.
• Collect feedback for product teams to improve solutions.
