Job summary

EY seeks a senior AV design lead to drive the strategy, design capture and implementation of conference room AV solutions across EY office projects. You will partner with Real Estate, Facilities, IT PMO and architecture teams to deliver end-to-end experiences and ensure alignment with budgets and business requirements.

The role requires 8–10 years in consulting or project management, strong knowledge of AV technologies, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• College degree in related technology field or comparable job experiences.
• 8–10 years of experience in Consulting or PM roles.
• CTS-I, CTS-D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AV design, room layout, and end-to-end Conference Room Experience.
• Lead RFP process and vendor recommendations for office projects.
• Coordinate with BRM, Real Estate, Facilities, IT PMO and Architecture teams to align designs with business goals.
• Maintain alignment to budget targets and collect feedback for product teams.
