Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Conference Room AV Design Lead to drive strategic planning, design capture and implementation of audio/video solutions for office projects. You will partner with Real Estate, IT, Facilities and project teams to ensure end-to-end conference room experiences and cost-efficient, globally consistent designs.

The role requires 8–10 years in a consulting/product/project management capacity, deep AV knowledge (Crestron, Extron, AMX, Cisco/Poly VC), CAD skills, and CTS-D

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of consulting or product/project management experience.
• Deep knowledge of conference room technologies and AV industry trends.
• CTS-I/CTS-D preferred; familiarity with AV vendors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BRM on key initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Attend steercos with executives and decision makers.
• Drive AV experience design and end-to-end conference room solutions.
• Manage RFPs and align solutions to budgets and timelines.
