Job summary

EY seeks an experienced AV design leader to drive strategic planning, design capture and implementation of audio and video service solutions for EY office projects. The role coordinates with Real Estate, IT, Facilities, PMOs and architects to ensure rooms meet requirements and are fit for purpose.

With a strong foundation in conference room technologies, candidates should have excellent analytical and communication skills, CAD proficiency, and CTS-I/CTS-D certifications.

Qualifications

• College degree in technology-related field and 8–10 years in consulting or project management.
• Strong knowledge of conference room technologies and AV industry trends.
• CTS-I or CTS-D certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive AV design and end-to-end conference room experiences across office projects.
• Lead RFP processes, review vendor recommendations and manage stakeholders.
• Coordinate with BRM, Real Estate, Facilities, IT PMO and architecture teams to ensure fit-for-purpose rooms.
