Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AV Design and Delivery Lead to drive strategic planning, design, and implementation of conference room AV solutions for EY projects. The role collaborates with Real Estate, IT, Facilities, and project teams to deliver end-to-end conference room experiences.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in Consulting/PM with deep knowledge of AV technologies, CAD, and room automation systems, in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related technology field or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 8–10 years of Consulting or PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and stakeholders to design Conference Room AV solutions.
• Lead end-to-end design, budgeting, and RFP processes for office AV projects.
• Ensure room layouts, power, data, and accessibility meet business requirements.
