Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a senior AV design and project management professional to drive strategic planning, design capture and implementation of audio/video solutions for office projects. The role collaborates with Real Estate, Facilities, IT PMO, architecture, and vendors to ensure end-to-end conference room experiences.

You will manage RFPs, monitor budgets, and align designs with program targets while maintaining industry standards and best practices. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer, engineering or science or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years in consulting or product/project management.
• Strong knowledge of conference room AV technology and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BRM and stakeholders on key initiatives.
• Attend steercos with executives and decision makers.
• Drive AV experience design and end-to-end conference room solutions.
• Manage RFP processes and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Collect feedback for product teams to improve solutions.
