Job summary

EY seeks an experienced AV Design Lead to drive strategic planning, design capture, and implementation of conference room AV solutions for office projects. You will coordinate with Real Estate, IT, facilities, and architecture teams to ensure rooms meet requirements and end-user needs.

This role requires 8–10 years in consulting or project management, advanced English communication, and strong AV technology knowledge.

Qualifications

• College degree in related technology field or equivalent job experience.
• Approximately 8–10 years of Consulting or Product/Project Management experience.
• CTS-I, CTS-D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BRM on initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Attend steercos with executives and decision makers for office projects.
• Develop trusted advisory relationships and ensure technologies meet expectations.
• Drive AV experience design and end-to-end conference room solutions.
• Manage RFP processes and monitor vendor activities.
