Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an experienced AV Design Lead to drive strategic planning, design capture, and implementation of audio/video solutions for office projects. You will coordinate with Real Estate, IT, Facilities, and Architecture teams to ensure rooms meet requirements, cost targets, and deliver a seamless conference room experience.

As a thought leader in AV, you will guide design standards, manage RFPs, and ensure alignment with EY’s global practices while supporting a hybrid

Qualifications

• College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
• Advanced knowledge of conference room AV technology and related solutions.
• Experience in design, specification, and project delivery for AV systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BRM, RE, FM and portfolio leads to deliver end-to-end Conference Room Experience.
• Attend steercos with executives and decision makers to align on AV design.
• Drive the AV experience design and the solutioning of AV products in office conference rooms.
