Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience administering enterprise collaboration platforms and AV systems.
• Strong knowledge of room systems, conferencing hardware, and security governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Vertex's collaboration, videoconferencing, webcast, and event platforms.
• Manage configuration, licensing, access, roles, and governance for a global user base.
• Own lifecycle, health, firmware, and refresh planning for conference room ecosystems.
• Provide leadership for executive meetings, town halls, and high‑profile live events.
• Coordinate readiness reviews, rehearsals, and post‑event analysis.
• Oversee integrations with M365, Google Workspace, Slack, and other services; enable automation.
