Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Senior Audio Visual Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise AV and conferencing systems across global offices. The role requires deep expertise in AV technologies, conferencing platforms, and IT infrastructure, with a strategic focus on global standards and scalable solutions.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Product/Platform Owner, Business Partners, and cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality work within agile environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in configuration of software packages or application development is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of continuous integration / continuous delivery practices.
• Certifications (CTS, Crestron, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of all AV equipment and systems.
• Provide expert-level support for Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Teams, Crestron, and other AV solutions; Tier 3 support.
• Evaluate emerging AV technologies and recommend scalable solutions; develop global AV standards.
• Lead AV-related projects including installations, upgrades, and integrations across locations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of AV systems and procedures; provide regular performance reports.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with product and business teams.
