Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
5+ years supporting enterprise AV and videoconferencing.
Experience with Zoom, Teams, or Webex administration.

Responsibilities

Administer and support enterprise collaboration, videoconferencing, and webcast platforms globally.
Own lifecycle and health of conference room and event tech ecosystem.
Provide high-touch technical leadership for executive meetings and live events.
Manage content capabilities including recording, transcription, AI summaries, and searchable content.
Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex collaboration, AV, and webcast incidents.
Develop standards, runbooks, and training materials for global use.
