You will manage a defined territory, build trusted client relationships, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver value through adhesives, sealants and coatings.

The ideal candidate holds a technical bachelorôs degree, 5+ years in automotive sales, strong value-selling, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; technical preferred.
• 5+ years of automotive sales with a proven results record.
• Strong value-selling expertise.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and business software.
• Willingness to travel 50% within Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plan in line with business strategy to deliver sales growth and profitability targets.
• Manage territory to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively seeking feedback and addressing concerns.
• Assess customer needs, business trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Identify solutions to address customer needs, manage/close projects, cultivate growth opportunities, and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Execute pricing actions and build/maintain key customer relationships.
• Coordinate with technical team to conduct line trials, troubleshoot, identify cost saving opportunities, and resolve issues/concerns.
• Generate compelling and professional business proposals.
