Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies seeks a Senior EMC Test Engineer to own EMC validation programs for automotive components and modules. You will write test plans, make engineering disposition calls, and directly interface with OEM engineers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EMC testing and engineering experience in the automotive sector.
• Strong command of SAE J1113, ISO 11452, ISO 7637‑2, CISPR 25 and OEM specifications.
• Ability to provide engineering judgment and customer-facing maturity across programs.

Responsibilities

• Own EMC test programs and author EMC Test Plans and Test Reports.
• Conduct engineering disposition and root-cause analysis with formal rationale.
• Serve as the primary EMC technical contact for Rivian and Volkswagen Group on assigned programs.
• Direct test execution and provide technical direction to technicians and test teams.
