Job summary

Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is seeking an Electronics Test and Validation specialist to lead module-level validation for infotainment and connectivity ECUs. You will review schematics early, drive characterization across power and RF, and collaborate with EE, RF, firmware, and software teams to ensure designs meet stringent requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on bench testing, data analysis with Python and AI-assisted tools, and creating DFx and test plans.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on lab testing experience with high-bandwidth instruments.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for ECU verification across power, RF, and interfaces.
• Perform bench-level characterization at IC and PCBA levels including SERDES, USB, PCIe, and Ethernet.
• Lead DFx reviews, data analysis, and reporting of test results to cross-functional teams.
