Job summary

LER TechForce in North America seeks a Validation Engineer to lead automotive validation efforts, including planning, test execution, and cross-functional collaboration with design teams.

You will develop test plans for ADAS and automotive components, coordinate with external labs, analyze data, and deliver PVPs and reports. A strong background in environmental and EMC testing and project leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5 years automotive experience.
• Experience with environmental level testing (temperature, vibration, humidity) and EMC testing.
• Ability to create Validation Test Plans and understand validation customer requirements (e.g., GMW3172, CETP 00.00-E-412).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop validation test plans and timing schedules for automotive validation.
• Coordinate test setup activities and ensure proper test stand implementation.
• Oversee EMC testing and liaise with external laboratories as needed.
• Create and maintain test procedures, data analysis reports, and PVPs/PRs.
• Interface with design teams for test plan approvals and test results reviews.
