Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to install, start up, maintain, and support automation control systems and AMR tech. You may work from a home office or regional office when not at a customer site.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Provide installation, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair for Rockwell Automation power and control systems.
• Perform diagnostics, optimization, and lifecycle support for drive systems and networked control architectures.
• Maintain and repair equipment operating up to 600 VAC and 800 VDC; follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Diagnose complex failures; determine root cause; implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Support maintenance agreements and embedded contracts; drive continuous improvement in service offerings.
• Develop startup reports, troubleshooting reports, root cause analyses, SOPs, and system audits.
• Support OTTO AMR systems, coordinate repairs, and ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction.
