Job summary

Rexel USA seeks a Senior Industrial Automation Field Service Technician to join our Amarillo, TX team. You will provide on-site services to support process and discrete manufacturers, evaluating Rockwell hardware, software, and networked equipment.

You will troubleshoot, program, drive startups, and drive reliability improvements across Rockwell platforms such as RsLogix 5, 500, 5000, Studio 5000, and FactoryTalk. The role requires strong customer communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute documented procedures on-site at customer facilities.
• Perform onsite collection of installed base through site walk-through and data collection tools.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting of Rockwell Automation products and related technology.
• Communicate needs to management to prevent problems.
• Manage time to avoid scheduling issues.
• Work in a team-based, dynamic environment.
• Represent Rexel while servicing customer equipment and applications.
• Develop relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify opportunities for product/services beyond the original engagement.
• Document work activities in professional reports.
• Assist in issue resolution and customer support.
• Mentor, train, and coach peers; may act as Team Lead.
