Job summary
Rockwell Automation is seeking a Field Support Engineer to travel within the assigned service area, perform on-site installation and diagnoses, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will lead project needs, oversee startup and maintenance of automation systems, and act as the customer liaison for technical and administrative matters.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree, US work authorization, 50% travel, and a valid driver's license.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage customer projects including needs identification, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Support installation, startup, maintenance, and operation of automation systems and software.
- Evaluate operational quality and liaison with customers on project topics.
- Participate in establishing and achieving customer satisfaction metrics.
- Document validation plans, SOPs, reports, and traceability.
- Communicate project details with Rockwell Automation and customer management.
