Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide the development and deployment of sensor manufacturing equipment for our CGM platform. You will manage a high-performing team, drive end-to-end equipment lifecycle, and partner with Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality to ensure scalable automation across sites.

The role emphasizes technical leadership paired with people management, focusing on reliability, throughput, and continuous improvement in regulated manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of industry experience.
• Degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 5–8 years of previous people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and equipment development for assembly and inspection processes.
• Drive full equipment lifecycle from concept to transfer to manufacturing.
• Translate process requirements into detailed equipment specs and validation plans.
• Maintain disciplined project execution with timelines and risks managed.
• Champion data-driven decisions to improve throughput, yield, and OEE.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, Process Development and Quality teams.
