Job summary

Dexcom Corporation leads the way in CGM technology and is seeking a Senior Staff Process Development Engineer to drive product/process development and manufacturing transfer. You will design, document, and optimize manufacturing processes for new devices, ensure transfer to high-volume production, and collaborate with R&D, QA, and site operations to meet aggressive timelines.

You will mentor engineers and technicians, develop test methods, analyze data, and resolve complex manufacturing issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 13+ years related experience, or Master's degree and 8+ years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 5+ years of experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.
• Strong understanding of product/design transfer to manufacturing and bench/test method development.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects related to product/process development and provide expertise in design and understanding product/process/system impacts on device performance.
• Own global manufacturing transfer for new device introductions and drive improvements for safety and reliability.
• Design, document, and optimize manufacturing processes, test methods, and procedures for new and existing products in CER and lab settings.
• Mentor engineers and technicians, provide guidance on test methods and data analysis, and manage cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Investigate field failures, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements to enhance product robustness.
