Job summary
Dexcom is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to guide cross‑functional teams in implementing and maintaining robust quality systems. You will lead investigations, CAPA development, and risk‑based decision making to ensure our CGM products meet safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
- 5–8 years of related experience, or Master’s with 2–5 years, or PhD with 0–2 years.
- Experience with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and risk management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct complex investigations and CAPA development.
- Provide cross‑functional guidance across teams.
- Maintain quality assurance protocols and ensure compliance with GLP/GMP/ISO standards.
- Lead data‑driven decision making and risk‑based thinking.
- Mentor engineers and drive continuous quality improvements.
