Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 13+ years in engineering/manufacturing.
• 5–8 years of proven people management experience.
• Experience in regulated medical device manufacturing (FDA, ISO, GMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and equipment development and integration for assembly and inspection processes.
• Manage full equipment lifecycle from concept to transfer to manufacturing.
• Drive data-driven decisions to improve throughput and OEE.
