Job summary

Dexcom in Mesa, AZ seeks an Engineering Leader to develop and deploy sensor manufacturing equipment and lead a high-performing team. You will translate process requirements into equipment specs and manage full lifecycle projects in a regulated, high-throughput environment.

The role combines deep technical leadership with people management, driving cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, R&D and Quality to ensure readiness and continuous improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 13+ years in industry.
• Minimum 5–8 years of people management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams in high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on automation and equipment excellence.
• Plan capacity, resource allocation, and project priorities across sites and partners.
• Deliver end-to-end equipment lifecycle execution from concept through transfer to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, Process Development and Quality to ensure readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve throughput, yield, and OEE.
