Qualifications

• Dealership or equivalent automotive industry EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED to interview.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Organized and friendly personality.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple computer systems at once.
• Time management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess vehicle service needs and provide recommendations based on technician findings.
• Maintain continual communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries and ensure proper handling.
• Oversee administration of warranty claims with Service Management.
• Navigate computer systems and mobile apps to check in vehicles and keep processes smooth.
