Genuine Parts Company (GPC) is seeking a Senior Store Pro to deliver accurate, courteous service across in-store, phone, and dealer shop channels. You will identify, source, and process parts orders using catalogs and POS systems while advising customers on technical questions and solutions.

You will also support inventory, logistics, and store operations, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to team training and continuous improvement throughout a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills essential.
• Ability to understand and accurately identify part numbers and product codes.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers (in-store, phone, and dealer shops).
• Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and recommend solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and policies.
• Execute sales practices including customer engagement and needs assessment.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support store operations including stock orders, reporting discrepancies, and inventory presentation.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries and assist with order fulfillment.
• Assist with Open and Close Procedures; support continuous improvement initiatives.
