USA GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Senior Store Pro to deliver accurate, efficient, and courteous service across in-store, phone, and dealer shop interactions. You will identify and source parts, advise on technical questions, and support store operations with knowledge of products and policies.

You will contribute to sales, order fulfillment, and logistics while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE Parts Specialist certification preferred or required.
• Experience in automotive parts, retail, or related industry helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers across in-store, phone, and dealer shops.
• Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and company policies.
• Execute sales practices including customer engagement, needs assessment, and product demonstration.
