Job summary

Warrior Insurance Network seeks an experienced Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join the Compliance Team. This role focuses on non-standard personal auto, commercial auto, and general liability, interpreting regulations and guiding business actions.

Responsibilities include leading focused reviews, aiding regulatory filings, and collaborating with各 departments to manage compliance risks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in insurance regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of personal auto, commercial auto, and general liability regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Experience auditing insurance processes with risk identification and mitigation.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in state and federal P&C insurance regulations and translate requirements for business and operational teams.
• Track proposed bills and enforcement trends impacting underwriting, rating, policy forms, claims handling, billing, cancellations, non-renewals, cybersecurity, advertising and producer practices.
• Assist with development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls for auto and liability insurance.
• Act as a trusted compliance advisor across the organization to promote awareness of regulatory requirements and audit findings.
• Develop and update Legal/Compliance guidelines to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform regulatory compliance risk-based Focused Department Reviews and document findings with recommendations and remediation plans.
• Maintain compliance calendars and documentation supporting regulatory approvals.
• Participate in projects related to product or process changes with regulatory compliance in mind.
• Support training related to auto and liability regulatory requirements; attend webinars to expand knowledge.
