Preferred Risk Insurance is seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst to strengthen the Property & Casualty compliance program with a focus on non-standard personal auto and commercial auto insurance.

The role monitors federal and state regulations, supports regulatory filings, and leads internal reviews while partnering with business units to assess and mitigate compliance risks in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in insurance regulatory compliance, preferably P&C auto and general liability.
• Strong knowledge of personal and commercial auto insurance regulations.
• Excellent time management and communication with attention to detail.
• Experience auditing insurance operations and translating regulatory requirements into guidance.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled research tools while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor changes in state and federal regulations for auto and general liability.
• Track proposed bills and enforcement trends affecting underwriting, forms, claims, and billing.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Advise across the organization on regulatory requirements and compliance expectations.
• Lead focused department reviews and regulatory filings support.
• Maintain compliance calendars and documentation for approvals.
• Participate in cross-business projects related to regulatory compliance.
