Job summary

MSIG USA in Cincinnati is seeking a Commercial Auto Physical Damage Claims Adjuster to handle claims within authorized scope, review policies, and deliver fair results for insureds, claimants, and brokers.

You will triage claims, coordinate appraisals, review vendor invoices, and manage loss costs while complying with state laws and MSIG guidelines. The role requires at least 3 years of auto PD claims experience and an adjuster license in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active adjuster license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience handling auto physical damage claims in commercial auto/ fleet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review auto physical damage claims at intake and verify policy, coverages, and endorsements.
• Triages claims to appropriate handling channels and coordinates appraisals and repair.
• Evaluate total losses, monitor rental and loss‑of‑use, and pursue recoveries where applicable.
• Maintain accurate electronic claim files and ensure compliance with laws.
