Gerber Collision & Glass in Amarillo, TX is seeking an Auto Body Technician with 4-5 years of collision repair experience. Responsibilities include meticulous vehicle assessment, repair to pre-accident condition, and collaboration with the team to meet KPIs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsabilidades

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates; use cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair vehicles.
• Hammer dents and apply filler resins when needed; realign chassis to fix structural damage.
• Remove damaged sections; replace/repair glass and interior parts as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; prep and repaint vehicles per factory specs or equivalents.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect repaired vehicles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
