Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer service through meticulous vehicle repair, ensuring return to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, weld, and repaint while collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship. Physical demands include lifting up to 30 pounds and safe operation in a busy shop environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or 3-year apprenticeship ideal.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of repair methods and proper use of trade tools.

Responsabilidades

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint to factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect results.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
