Qualifications

10+ years of Commercial Banking or Business Banking experience in automotive finance.
Strong knowledge of Floorplan, Commercial Real Estate, and Acquisition products.
Strong relationship-building skills with senior partners.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
Strategic thinker who supports firm goals and direction.
Ability to partner across lines of businesses and leverage internal resources.
Strong knowledge of regulatory and control framework.

Responsibilities

Execute region strategies and business priorities to grow the business.
Prospect and grow commercial offerings, focusing on deposits and leveraging CS relationships.
Support Private Label and OEM floor plan rooftop goals.
Manage profitability and performance of the portfolio.
Partner with Merchant Services, Investment Bank, Credit Card, Private Bank, and Consumer Bank to deliver firm solutions.
Analyze and document sales performance relative to KPIs.
Serve as SME for regional sales team; mentor, lead and train as needed.
Adhere to Code of Conduct and controls/compliance.
