Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Commercial Banking or Business Banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of Floorplan, Commercial Real Estate, and Acquisition products; deposits and treasury products.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional strategies to grow the business and support initiatives.
• Prospect and grow commercial product offerings, focusing on deposits growth and leveraging relationships.
• Support floor plan rooftop goals with OEM partnerships.
• Manage profitability and performance of the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with Merchant Services, Investment Bank, Credit Card, Private Bank and Consumer Bank to deliver firm solutions.
• Analyze sales performance and document outcomes related to KPIs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the regional sales team; mentor and train as needed.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and controls/compliance.
