Job summary

Chase Auto Commercial Solutions is seeking a Senior Banker to oversee an existing loan and deposit portfolio for automotive dealerships while working remotely from a major metro area in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, or Iowa.

You will build relationships with dealership decision makers, dealer groups, and manufacturer partners to deepen engagement and drive growth. This role requires strategic thinking, credit analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver integrated banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of Commercial Banking or Business Banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of Floorplan, Commercial Real Estate, and Acquisition products; robust knowledge of Deposits and Treasury products.
• Minimum ten years proven relationship-building and influencing skills with senior partners.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Strategic thinker who supports firm goals and direction.
• Ability to partner across lines of business and leverage internal resources.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and control framework.

Responsibilities

• Execute the region's strategies to grow the business and support current initiatives.
• Prospect and grow commercial product offerings, with emphasis on deposits growth, and leverage relationships to grow retail business.
• Support Private Label and OEM floor plan rooftop goals.
• Manage profitability and performance of the portfolio.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver firm services.
• Analyze and document sales performance in relation to KPIs.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for the regional sales team and provide mentoring and training as needed.
• Adhere to the firm's Code of Conduct and controls/compliance.
