CSAA Insurance Group's Mobilitas unit seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing and analytics for commercial auto lines. You will coach analysts, oversee pricing studies, and partner with clients to present analyses and pricing strategies.

The role emphasizes leadership, client interaction, and delivering high-quality actuarial insights while balancing business goals and resource constraints. Remote work available across the United States.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area; 5+ years post bachelor experience.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS certification.
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and train staff.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants; provide coaching and direction across pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions, ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients; manage project development.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts; oversee successful completion within deadlines.
• Balance business results with constrained human capital and manage team workload.
