Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5 years of post-bachelor experience OR
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 3 years experience in personal lines/ commercial analytics.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• Strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills.
• Knowledge of market landscape and ability to coach and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients through project work.
• Oversee staffing, coaching, and performance management within the actuarial team.
• Review Consultants and Analysts work; ensure timely completion of projects.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and Analysts.
• Balance business results with human capital constraints and provide leadership challenges.
