Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants on pricing and analytics projects. You will oversee analyses, coach staff, and partner with clients to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.

This remote-first role involves presenting insights to stakeholders, managing teams, and shaping pricing strategies for commercial auto insurance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 6 years of post-bachelor experience in statistical/actuarial analysis for commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 4 years of experience in statistical/actuarial analysis for personal lines insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• Strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills.
• Solid understanding of the market landscape.
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training to professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead actuarial analysts and consultants across pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decisions to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients to communicate insights and recommendations.
