Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial pricing initiatives for commercial auto and coach a team of analysts and consultants.

You will guide pricing analyses, interact with clients and stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality results while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. This remote role targets nationwide availability with certain exceptions.

Qualifications

• ACAS designation or graduate degree in statistics/actuarial science
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience guiding pricing projects for commercial auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients via project development.
• Oversee recruitment, interviews, and performance management within the team.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Train and mentor Actuarial Consultants and Analysts; balance workload and priorities.
