Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial pricing initiatives. Remote-first role with collaboration across internal teams and external clients to deliver pricing strategies and actionable insights.

You will manage and mentor analysts, oversee pricing analyses, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects while navigating a dynamic mobility-focused insurance environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related and 6 years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Or Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related and 4 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance, 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
• Requires strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
• Have a solid understanding of the market landscape
• Requires the ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to professional staff

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, providing coaching, training, and direction across pricing and analytical projects
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decision-making, and ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients, building trusted relationships and communicating analytical insights and recommendations
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and oversee successful completion of projects within the required time frame
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and Analysts within the department; manage team time and workload
