Job summary

Maher Duessel is seeking a Senior Auditor to join our regional CPA firm. This role involves directing and reviewing staff auditors, solving complex accounting and auditing matters, and presenting information to engagement management. Travel is minimal, with a hybrid work schedule.

The candidate will have 2+ years in accounting, ideally public, with CPA strongly preferred and strong MS Office skills. The firm emphasizes teamwork, client service, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting or equivalent coursework to qualify for CPA licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and develop staff.
• Ability to adapt to travel and hours beyond the standard workday as needed.
