Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Manager to join our fast-growing firm. The Manager will oversee tax, audit and other engagements, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 5–8 years in public accounting or equivalent experience
• CPA license required
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax rules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity
• Strong professional judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements including planning, staffing, timing and technical decisions
• Conduct engagement reviews
• Supervise and mentor staff and promote professional development
• Perform annual performance evaluations for assigned staff
• Assist Principals/Partners with identifying and pursuing new clients
• Convert technical knowledge into high value client opportunities
• Promote the firm through panels, publications and events
• Develop client relationships with professionalism and responsiveness
• Attend trainings to strengthen industry knowledge
• Improve profitability by efficient time management of staff
