Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Manager who will lead diverse tax, audit, and advisory engagements with minimal supervision. The role emphasizes mentoring staff, strengthening client relationships, and increasingly contributing to firm profitability.

The Manager will oversee planning, staffing, and issue resolution, while collaborating with Principals and Partners to pursue new opportunities. Some roles may offer remote or hybrid work depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; 5–8 years of public accounting experience.
• CPA license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor staff and manage a fast-paced workload.
• Ability to travel domestically and discuss flexible/remote options with recruiter.

Responsabilités

• Manage client engagements from planning, staffing and timing.
• Oversee engagement completion with minimal oversight.
• Conduct thorough engagement reviews.
• Supervise and mentor Supervisors, Senior Accountants and Staff.
• Complete annual performance evaluations and manage feedback conversations.
• Help identify and pursue new clients with Principals and Partners.
• Promote the firm’s image through panels, publications and trainings.
• Develop and grow client relationships to increase profitability.
