Novogradac is seeking a Manager to join our fast-growing firm. The Manager will oversee tax, audit and other engagements, supervise Staff and Senior Accountants, and strengthen client relationships while contributing to office profitability.

Some positions may be remote or hybrid; discuss options with your recruiter. A CPA license and strong accounting experience are required for success in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; CPA license required.
• Experience in public accounting and supervision is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements, plan staffing and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Conduct engagement reviews and supervise staff across levels.
• Mentor and develop staff, manage performance conversations.
• Identify new client opportunities with Principals/Partners.
• Enhance firm image through conferences and publications.
