Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA exam progress encouraged.
• 3–5 years of public accounting experience with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; teamwork and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax and audit assignments with limited supervision.
• Supervise and mentor Staff Accountants.
• Conduct engagement reviews and meet deadlines.
• Develop, strengthen and maintain client relationships.
• Identify issues and propose practical solutions.
• Support CPA licensure progress when applicable.
