Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our fast-growing firm. The Senior Accountant will manage tax, audit and other assignments with minimal supervision, mentoring Staff, and strengthening client relationships to improve profitability.

This role may offer remote or hybrid work arrangements depending on business needs; discuss options with your recruiter. A CPA license is a plus and progression toward CPA is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA track encouraged.
• 3–5 years of public accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax rules.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete tax and/or audit projects with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and supervise staff.
• Strengthen client relationships and improve profitability.
• Research and report data-driven findings.
• Work toward CPA licensure if not yet obtained.
