Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our rapidly growing firm in a role that balances tax, audit and advisory work. The Senior Accountant will supervise staff, mentor junior team members, and forge strong client relationships while improving team profitability.

With a CPA path encouraged, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 3–5 years in public accounting. Some positions offer remote or hybrid work depending on needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 3–5 years in public accounting or relevant mix of education/work experience.
• Ability to sit for the CPA exam or have CPA license considered a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax rules; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Complete tax and/or audit projects for designated clients with minimal oversight by Managers.
• Conduct thorough engagement reviews and manage engagements.
• Supervise and mentor Staff Accountants; contribute to client relationships and profitability.
• Perform data gathering, analysis, reporting, and recommendations.
• Develop professional skills and participate in training opportunities.
• Travel domestically if required and discuss remote/hybrid options with recruiter.
