Qualifications include a Bachelor's in accounting or finance with 3–5 years in public accounting and CPA eligibility. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in public accounting or equivalent experience. CPA exam eligibility or passed sections expected.
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
• Accurate, time-efficient work with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize a fast-paced and varied workload.

Responsabilidades

• Complete tax and/or audit projects for designated clients with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage increasing responsibility.
• Identify problem areas and propose effective solutions.
• Perform research, analyze data, compile reports, and provide recommendations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through professionalism and service.
• Enhance skills through training and contribute ideas to improve profitability.
• Supervise and mentor Staff Accountants; discuss CPA goals with the team.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
