Job summary

Latham & Watkins in Washington, DC or Boston is seeking an Attorney Support PROS Senior Coordinator - Workflow to oversee the PROS team’s quality and workload, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with support centers.

You will train new team members, coach performance, drive continuous improvement, contribute to reviews, and safeguard confidential information. Hybrid in-office work is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 1 year in a legal or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of cumulative professional experience.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and MS Office capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Train new team members and provide ongoing support.
• Counsel and coach team members on performance deficiencies.
• Ensure excellence in customer service through continuous improvement.
• Provide input to mid-year and year-end reviews.
• Respond to employee and lawyer concerns, escalating when needed.
• Protect highly sensitive, confidential and proprietary information.
