Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train new team members and provide ongoing support.
• Counsel and coach team members on performance improvements.
• Ensure excellent customer service and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to mid-year and year-end reviews.
• Address employee and lawyer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Protect highly sensitive, confidential information.
